The delivery was incomplete, but the main problem is the product's quality and reliability. There isn't enough information about the fire risks associated with the product; everything seems uncertain. The only positive point is that there is an address and phone number for Wikao. Can I install my Wikao insert in an existing fireplace with a closing damper? What will the temperature be inside the fireplace after 3 hours, or should I close off the fireplace?

The product arrived in very good condition (very well protected in its cardboard and polystyrene packaging). I called Wikao about the delivery being split into two shipments (which is normal, as the ethanol is shipped separately); each time, the customer service was personal, exceptional, and impeccable.

Having owned a Wikao bioethanol fireplace that stands on the floor for 3 years, we didn't hesitate to give someone a Chloe tabletop fireplace. It was delivered to their home quickly, within the scheduled time slot. It was well packaged and met our expectations. Its beautiful flame provides extra warmth in a 25 m² room.

There are no clear assembly instructions. Some parts cannot be screwed in by hand because no tools are provided, so I had to use pliers, risking scratching the metal part. This could be improved.
Translated reviews
Response from Wikao
We're sorry the assembly didn't go as planned.
The parts are normally meant to be screwed in by hand.
Pliers should not be used on the glass, as the screws should only be tightened lightly.
If you do need to use pliers, simply wrap them in a cloth to protect your glass.
