Very good, but be careful: the upper compartment where you pour the ethanol is connected to a reservoir underneath. So if you spill a little ethanol while filling the fireplace, it will run into the lower compartment, and if you light it, the ethanol below could catch fire and cause an explosion! I have a CLARA model elsewhere, and it doesn't have this problem.

The Kobé XL fireplace is my third purchase from Wikao in a year, and it has turned out to be the best choice currently on the market in terms of price and quality. A perfect, well-designed, reliable product with a refined look. It is an excellent replacement for two 2,000 W electric radiators and raises the temperature in my living room by several degrees as supplemental heating. This product is much appreciated during the energy crisis and soaring electricity and gas prices. I highly recommend it!

Clear, well-documented website. Very quick answers to questions. The equipment is entirely satisfactory after a few days of use. One minor complaint: the assembly instructions are too brief.

The product fully matches the information provided and meets my expectations. The Kobé XL is a good supplemental heater while also being decorative. It raises the temperature in my office (a room of about 22 m²) by 4 degrees. I'm happy with this purchase.

This thing is really quite good! On chilly evenings, it raises the temperature by a few degrees in a 25 m² room. The flame is beautiful, as is the burner’s craftsmanship. Very satisfied!

The product meets our expectations and is good quality. Fast delivery. The carrier was unpleasant and left the package on the sidewalk because there were three steps to climb.

Hello, WIKAO's service was impeccable. The carrier's service was appalling. What's more, the people were bordering on rude. Kind regards, ***

Fast delivery, delivery date respected, package well packed. The only minor issue is that the delivery person leaves the package at the door and doesn't take the pallet back. Otherwise, everything is OK.

Hello, impeccable delivery, very good-quality appliance that heats very well (room of about 30 m²), very decorative and stable. Consumption is 0.35 L/hour when fully open. Very happy with it; considering a second purchase and hoping for a promotion.

A good shopping experience on this website, right through to the impeccable delivery. The fireplace is beautifully made, and its clean design fits in easily. It's easy to assemble, with a few precautions, and the instructions are satisfactory. We loved the first fire. For your information, 1 liter provides a lovely flame for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
