Good service, as expected. We were very surprised by how quickly our order arrived (24 hours). It would be nice to have a wider selection of related products (ethanol). We had the fireplace but no ethanol, so we ordered it from another website????

Ideal for filling the dark space in a fireplace that isn't always used for wood. Very decorative, and it also adds a certain warmth and a few extra degrees. I'm delighted with my purchase.

I still haven't received my parcel after calling the carrier at least 10 times... I also contacted you about this problem! Apparently, they don't know where the parcel is... A great mystery...!! I hope to get my parcel before Christmas... it's a gift!!

Response from Wikao
Hello,
Yes, as I told you on the phone yesterday, following the snowfall in your area, the trucks were unable to drive for two days.
Unfortunately, this caused a lot of delays during this very busy holiday period for freight, completely disrupting transport in your area.
I contacted the carrier again, and they should call you today to arrange an appointment.
Kind regards,
Wikao

Almost perfect. 4 out of 5 stars because the stove has no feet. The screw heads are exposed underneath, so we had to add felt pads.

I am delighted with the service and professionalism of this company. I had a phone conversation with a salesperson who really guided me well on the purchases I needed to make. The equipment arrived after four days. I turned it on, and the initial temperature in my home, which was 19°C, rose to 22.5°C in less than an hour in my dining room of about 28 m², using the small Kobe XL fireplace. I also bought two small Odeus-style fireplaces, which are absolutely perfect for my two bedrooms. Many thanks for your professionalism; the packaging was simply magnificent. Impossible to get any... In a word, I highly recommend this company.
