Customer reviews of Wikao

Excellent product that lives up to its promise in terms of quality, with genuinely pleasant heating power. The only downside: I live in Geneva, so I had to have the item delivered to an address in France. What a shame.

Great

Delighted with my ethanol fireplace. Delivered in 4 days and very well packaged. Compared with the price elsewhere, it is a little cheaper at ekomi. You can order it with your eyes closed. Very good product.

Product received exactly as shown in the photo. Very satisfied with the website and the product. Delivery was faster than stated.

Delivery was scheduled for Monday, then canceled during the day on Monday without explanation. I had to reschedule it for Thursday.

VERY GOOD, NOTHING TO REPORT

Super-fast delivery; I have never received a delivery so quickly. The company even called me to let me know about the delivery. The product is high quality.

Perfect service, with a customer service team that listens and good value for money.

Fast shipping, impeccable packaging, and quality equipment. In short, very satisfied; recommended!

Very good, received in good condition, good products. Recommended.

Beautiful fireplace. Ultra-fast shipping.

Very responsive and the product is as described. I recommend this website.

Very good advice

Hello, I received my order on time, nothing to complain about, and the parcel was well packed. Satisfied customer.

Perfect! Fast and as described!

Accurate order tracking and packaging that ensured the product remained intact during transport.

Quality product, as described and shown in the photos. Fast delivery, professional staff, and the item was very well protected. Easy to install. I recommend Wikao.

A very good shopping experience despite an error in the first delivery, which was the supplier's fault. The seller was very responsive in replacing the originally ordered model, which was no longer available. Very fast shipping, well packaged, and efficient communication. In the end, I am satisfied: the product meets expectations and is attractive and good quality.

As expected. It works very well and is ideal; it doesn't take up much space. Satisfactory appearance. Shipping was fast and careful.

Ultra-fast delivery after ordering. The tabletop fireplace matches the description and is very satisfactory (attractive, easy to use, etc.). Affordable price. Very satisfied with the information provided over the phone. I recommend Wikao.

Product as described. Very good value for money.

Quality product, superb, fast delivery, and a very professional person on the phone. I recommend it.

The assembly instructions are almost illegible, completely unclear and confusing. The mounting parts are very poorly aligned; it is impossible to insert the screws needed to attach the fireplace to the mounting brackets (a gap of about 5 to 6 millimeters). So I am rather unhappy with my purchase, unless you can offer a solution to this problem. Thank you in advance. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards.

Very precise and professional.

Very good, delivered on time and as described.

The product matches the description and photos. The design is very satisfactory in every respect.

Very happy with our ethanol fireplace purchase. Delivery and packaging were excellent. It works very well, is easy to use, and warms the room by 3 degrees.

The product meets my expectations.

A wide selection of fireboxes on a website that is pleasant to browse. The order arrived very quickly and in good condition. No problems at all with WIKAO. The firebox I chose (2.2 liters) matches the description and works beautifully. The flame is a good size, turns yellow after a few dozen seconds of heating, and looks very realistic. The ceramic logs I ordered are quite nice, but too small for my taste. It's a shame there isn't more choice... The consumption and burn time are in line with what was advertised. However, there is no feeling of radiant heat (4000 watts advertised); it should be noted that the firebox is installed in a fireplace and the draft is very strong. Since the only goal was aesthetic, I am completely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this type of product...

The product I received meets my expectations.

The stove arrived well packaged. The company is very responsive when you ask a question. I haven't tried the stove yet. I hope everything goes well. So far, they seem very professional.

Very beautiful product. It meets my expectations... Great quality. Excellent packaging!

The order was shipped very quickly and arrived within two days. It's a very pretty fireplace, but I didn't give it 5 stars because I'm a little disappointed by two small defects: there's what looks like an impact mark on the upper stainless steel section, and a stain on the lower stainless steel section that won't come off. It's a shame; otherwise, it would have been perfect.

Delivered on time.

VERY RESPONSIVE

The fireplace meets my expectations. Perfect delivery (very, very well packaged) and fast. Above all, Wikao's customer service was excellent in terms of expertise, availability, advice, and friendliness. I'm delighted—finally, a courteous and helpful representative who knows the products. Well done; I recommend this company.

Very attractive product, excellent information before purchase, and very efficient and fast after-sales service. Thank you.

I haven't used it yet, but I can already say this: the service quality is top-notch! The original model I had ordered was no longer available, so the manager called me right away to explain the stock issue that had come up in the meantime and immediately suggested a similar, cheaper model. They promptly refunded the difference to my account. It was very quick, excellent customer service, and proactive. Delivery arrived within 4–5 days (I'm in Belgium); shipping was very fast, sent out the same day. The packaging was extremely careful and the product was really well protected! As for the product's appearance, I have nothing to complain about: beautiful finish, no defects, excellent workmanship!!! We'll see how it performs when we use it, but so far I really recommend it! A very good and lovely company.

Very good communication and fast delivery.

Product as expected, delivered quickly and well packaged. Nothing to report.
