Overall, the fireplace is very attractive, with very clean welding and finishing. It was delivered within the agreed timeframe and, above all, was well packaged. The instructions clearly explain how to use it.

A very good product that makes an impact both as a decorative feature and in terms of heating: it provides supplementary heat and raises the room temperature by about 2 degrees in a 30 m² room.

Thank you, Wikao. I just bought an 80 cm ethanol fireplace insert—great effect. One drawback is the closing rod, which is difficult to handle. Very fast delivery; I recommend it.

Thank you, I received the Genova fireplace. It is very beautiful. I was a little disappointed because the color isn't white as stated in the product description. The fireplace is pearl gray. You should add this information to the page. ***. Excellent customer service.

Hello

I can see that your delivery could not be completed on time because you were absent when the parcel was first delivered.
Your fireplace was then delivered at your appointment, on the day you left your comment (2 hours later).

At first, I was skeptical about seeing so many positive reviews, but in the end I was pleasantly surprised. Delivery was fast—it took one week to receive the fireplace—and it was very well protected. We have a house, and the TOKYO fireplace is very effective: we gained at least 4 degrees in the living room on the first evening. It's wonderful not to be cold at home anymore (our electric radiators weren't heating enough when the outdoor temperatures were very low). The design is perfect. I recommend it!

We were upgraded because of a stock shortage. The fireplace is great. However, the reservoir does not have the stated capacity. We are very happy with it.

Everything is fine except that the reservoir does not hold the advertised amount of ethanol. The pump stopped working on the very first use, which is a shame.

Translated reviews

Response from Wikao Published on 17/12/2020

However, the capacity is indeed as stated in the description; it needs to be filled up to the indicated maximum level.
Regarding the pump, please contact us so we can arrange after-sales service.

Well-made ethanol fireplace that works perfectly. Shipped very quickly, thank you! A more complete guide to wall mounting and using the burner would have made installation easier. Thank you for your efficiency and for offering a product with very good value for money.
