Customer reviews of Wikao

Pleasant, informative website. Easy ordering. Delivery times were respected. Perfect, and this fireplace has found its place in my living room. Congratulations and thank you.

Fast and efficient.

Fast, trouble-free delivery. Product as described. It adds a touch of warmth and conviviality to our living room! The flames are quite large, especially during the first hour when the reservoir is full; after that, they do get smaller. It's a shame you can't add fuel as you go, but I understand that it's for safety reasons!

The product meets our expectations. Fast delivery and as promised. It could use some advice on how to use it, fuel consumption, etc. But there's always the internet...

Product as described. Very well packaged.

Very pleased with our ethanol stove; it really looks like a wood-burning stove, and the protective glass is very reassuring, although it also gets hot, which is worth bearing in mind if you have young children. The stove was delivered very quickly. It heats the room (about 40 m²) by an additional two degrees while burning, which can last several hours depending on how much ethanol is used. One small drawback, though: the stove is delivered without even a small bottle of ethanol so you can use it straight away, and it doesn't really come with an instruction manual, which is a shame. On the other hand, customer service is responsive and answers questions right away.

Order received quickly, and excellent telephone service when I had questions.

Very professional and highly responsive. Quality products with beautiful designs. I recommend them.

Fast shipping! But the delivery was poor. The package arrived open, and the driver was over an hour late without letting me know... Otherwise, the item is perfect and meets my expectations.

I recommend this website, which is very responsive and answers all questions very quickly... They just need to change their carrier, which is much less reliable...

Ultra-fast, careful delivery!!! The fireplace matches the description. However, there is still an odor when it is in use, but perhaps this comes from the bioethanol used; I'll try another brand.

Good product.

Perfect. Express delivery and impeccable product quality. I bought two fireplaces!

Good value for money.

Great! The fireplace arrived well packaged and is an excellent product. I recommend it.

Fast delivery, equipment well protected. The fireplace matches the description, is modern, easy to use, and gives off gentle heat.

Great service, with a few minor delivery issues given the circumstances. The Wikao team was excellent and available. The product also matches the description and works very well!

Delivery time met. Excellent customer service. Product arrived damaged; customer service was responsive. Product is exactly what we wanted. I recommend it.

Excellent product quality and fast delivery, about 48 hours after ordering... I recommend this website and its products; I am completely satisfied...

Product exactly as described and delivered in record time! I recommend it.

The order was exactly as described. Very, very fast delivery. The product was very well packaged. Very easy to install and get started. Now it's a real pleasure to look at and adds a little extra warmth to the room. I highly recommend it.

The product is exactly as described by the supplier and meets our expectations. The Argos burner fits remarkably well into our existing fireplace. It looks wonderful, and to top it all off, it heats our living room without any odor or mess. Highly recommended.

The package was very well packed, fast delivery, nothing to complain about. Thank you.

I just ordered a KUOPIO bioethanol fireplace from WIKAO. Before buying, I wanted to call WIKAO and spoke with someone who answered very professionally. They reassured me about shipping, delivery, and the quality of the KUOPIO. Once it was delivered (with no problems at all), I assembled the fireplace and lit it for the first time. I'm very happy with it: the flame is beautiful and the fireplace looks great. A five-star purchase!

Perfect, nothing to say.

Very helpful. Immediate email response. Really great service. Product received perfectly within 24 hours. Thank you.

The product meets my expectations. We'll see how the fireplace holds up over time. A small item was missing from my order, but customer service dealt with it immediately (they were friendly and responsive). One area for improvement: include a template to make it easier to position the fireplace mounting brackets on the wall.

Good value for money, easy to assemble, and nicely finished.

Hello, everything was perfect, from delivery to product quality. Thank you for your service; it's perfect.

Very satisfied.

The item is as described and even better than what I had seen online. Delivered on time by an excellent carrier. Everything works. I recommend it.

Very happy with my purchase!! I highly recommend it...

Excellent product, delivered quickly. The result lives up to our expectations; we love our new fireplace. It gives our interior a whole new dimension. A reliable company—we highly recommend them.

Wide selection. Order shipped the same day. Fast delivery, product as described.

Perfect as usual. This was our second purchase, and I won't hesitate to recommend you to my friends.

Parcel received on time.

Perfect.

Satisfactory, a good product that meets my needs. The only downside is that the alcohol reservoir is difficult to fill.

The appliance meets expectations. It easily heats a 40 m² room. My only complaint is the delivery by DPD. It wasn't delivered on the scheduled date, and on the first date they offered, the driver didn't show up and it was impossible to manage the delivery on their website. The second delivery went well, but later than expected. Wikao took an interest in the delivery issue and quickly called me themselves. I consider them very professional.

Perfect, quality product.
