It took a long time for the order to arrive, even though it was just a pair of socks and the shipping price was expensive.

A fast and compliant shipment despite a small bug in the order, but a top-notch after-sales service that reacted very quickly. Well done to the 1001Hobbies team.

No problem, but I ordered different paints and odds and ends, and had to wait a while for the order to be complete. Big choice on the site and it's normal not to have everything in stock.

It says a wide range but that does not take away from the fact that the delivery takes a very long time, this will definitely be the last time I will place another order. There are more modeling shops where the range is just as large probably greater, delivered within 1 or 2 business days.

Poor instructions, especially for paint. Poor customer service as a part was broken in the pack and they say they dont make them anymore??? Finally, poor fitment. Will not buy another Trumpeter product.

Response from 1001hobbies Published on 06/03/2023

Hello, thank you for your message. We are sorry for the situation. I'm sure there was a communication problem with our customer service: the item is currently out of stock, but with an unspecified restocking date. It is therefore difficult to obtain the product for the moment, but it is possible that the product will appear in a new form for example. In any case, we apologize again.
