Order delivered on time, nothing to say. The site offers a wide selection. It could be improved by adding additional sorting criteria (e.g.: sorting 1/72nd scale aircraft or vehicle models, adding a selection by era: early aviation, WW I, between the wars, WW II, 50s-70s, 80s-2000s, contemporary). For spare parts and accessories, the scale is not always specified.

I would like more information about the products, such as number of pieces, whether or not they have photoengravings, that kind of information that sometimes helps me decide between one model or another. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the speed of shipping, packaging, etc.

Easy ordering on the site, well-protected parcel and problem-free delivery. Only downside: stock management, items indicated as "Immediate dispatch" are not necessarily available in stock. In my case, 9 items were ordered and immediately available at the time of ordering, but none were in stock. Apart from that, it's a good store.
