My order was notified as received but then a few weeks went past with no contact or delivery. I wrote a few times but didn’t get an answer. My order arrived eventually but the experience was not a positive one.

I have encountered 2 issues with an order and have yet to receive a response from the company, despite sending 3 emails with multiple photos documenting the problems described below. The shipping box arrived damaged, severely affecting one of the products (model kits) inside. The second issue is that one of the items I purchased and paid for was missing from the shipment. My online invoice lists a total of 9 products. However, the delivery note inside the box listed only 8, and one of the items was not received. I am requesting a replacement or a refund for the two affected items in my order.

I had originally ordered a cat's eye statue on pre-order that I never received. Getting a refund took so long that I ended up opting for a credit. The codes given for the credit did not work. Finally, when the order could be placed, a package was sent to my old address. I eventually received everything but it was long and complicated. I will not order from you again.

Overall, everything went optimally. The order was shipped quickly and reliably, and the items arrived completely and well-packaged. Therefore, there is absolutely nothing to complain about from 1001Hobbies. Only the shipping service provider DPD has once again caused trouble: The shipment was delivered in the usual poor quality by DPD to the wrong pickup shop. As a result, I first had to deal with getting my package at all. For future orders, I would therefore wish for a different shipping service provider. Aside from that, I am very satisfied with 1001Hobbies and would order there again at any time.
