Fast delivery product a little expensive for the quality base just holds the support not safe risk of breaking if moved

I am very disappointed the photo lamp is pretty and the drawings are well done. I received it quickly but the price is much too high 40euro for what I know the lamp is very small and not of good quality it's really exaggerated I was really expecting something better very disappointed I will not order anymore

I have received my order and I am very pleased with the service.
I put 3 stars because of the delivery because the package I received was in bad condition. The box was open and torn. I would recommend this gift idea but the reception of the parcel leaves something to be desired. I would recommend this gift idea but the reception of the package leaves me wanting more.

as indicated on our site, the photo is not in color, but in black and white. It's the LEDs that give your lamp color as well as light.

I paid 7,90 for a delivery in 48 hours and the lamp arrived after 7 days. And of course after Mother's Day I am very disappointed with the delivery I asked for a refund of the delivery costs but without success

A little bit sad, it was a Valentine's Day gift is small deception at the opening, there are flaws and blows 😰. The delivery was fast, the impression of imagine is well framed.

I received an order as described but I still placed the order 2 weeks before Christmas and I received the package the day before. I found that the delivery time was not at all as expected.

Good logistics, good quality. 2 small remarks: I thought I would have a better quality of photo, up close it seems a little pixelated to me. It's also a pity that we are not given the choice to "center" the photo as we wish during the conception! Anyway, the proposed product is great as a gift idea!

You ordered an alarm clock base. Which base did you receive? If we made a mistake, we will fix it without delay.
All of our alarm clocks are USB plug in, so I don't understand the detail in your comment or you say you don't have one on your base.

The base received has a slot too wide compared to the Plexiglas. I had to compensate with pellets glued to the bottom of the Plexiglas. Both products come from you.
