The models lack a lot of information about the product. Despite the email exchanges with the store, I chose the model with landscape format and the store confirmed by email the landscape format. But the final product is in portrait format. The change was made without consulting me because the graphic designer considered that the rendering would be better. It is a personalized product but the designer's point of view is more important than the customer's wish.

I am disappointed by quality also I have clearly written that the sent photo would have to be completely on it has unfortunately not been the case and I have also received no feedback, the next I have ordered over the weekend I paid the express that is in 24 hours I would have had to get the order was not the case only on Wednesday at about 13:50 clock the order arrived.
