A pickup at the myFlexbox station was not possible - very lengthy refund process, but it ultimately occurred.
I bought the soap years ago and I have to say something has changed. My skin feels very dry after cleansing!
Unfortunately, my package never arrived - also the service for the feedback from Pin up is catastrophic, I have to fill out a form in English and send my ID - the goods were paid for but never arrived!!
Not satisfied, package was returned without reason and I don't see why I should pay for resending.
Really bad, I was at home and the delivery was supposedly undeliverable. Then the package was taken to the other side of the city where I had to drive 40 minutes to get it, only to not receive it because my ID was not sufficient as a picture for the kiosk owner. Never again!
I haven't received a package until today. It has obviously been lost in transit, but I am not getting a replacement delivered either. No, I haven't gotten my money back either.

I did not receive paid goods. I was at the pickup point with the DPD email and ID. Also within the time frame. The staff was very unfriendly. They were in the wrong store and could not find my package. They wanted my number and did not call me. I showed them everything on my smartphone. Incredible! Never again! I only heard negative experiences about this kiosk at the cathedral. I will not pay again. I have neither goods nor an explanation.
Dear Pin UP Team, unfortunately the shipment has not arrived at my place. It was dropped off at a DPD store; but it seems it is not registered for me there. The shipping took forever
First, the package arrived heavily damaged. The smell of the soap was already coming through the shipping packaging, in my opinion, very strongly perfumed. The soap dries out the skin incredibly, this is simply due to the high pH value, super alkaline. Even after intensive moisturizing, you can still feel the dry skin after use. For the extremely high price and the effect the product has, I unfortunately cannot recommend the goat milk soap.

I love PIN UP, but this disastrous collaboration with DPD is unacceptable and takes forever.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all... The first time everything worked. And now on the second and third attempt, nothing works anymore.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my second order at all. I was sent the wrong products. For the return, I first had to take photos as proof, then send it back, and only when the package arrives will I get my originally ordered products. A lot of effort for me for a mistake that I did not cause. My inquiry for a compensation for the effort (suggestion of shipping costs of 6.99 euros) was simply ignored. I will not order here again.

Unfortunately, my package never arrived and communication was very difficult. So far, I have not received my money back.
Purchase of the oil-free cream. It made me bright red and created sensations of burning (something that had never happened with other creams before). I absolutely do not recommend it, moreover I checked and this cream with various dangerous components is rated 8/100 on Yuka (for those who know). The company refused to refund me despite the effects this cream had on my skin. The only positive point I see is the packaging and design of the cream tube. But anyway, it will end up in the trash.... Be careful.

I am now waiting 7 weeks for my goods (June 27, 2025) that I ordered on May 11, 2025. I specified that it should be delivered to a parcel shop, but I didn't know that this specified business no longer accepts packages. Okay, that can happen, so I took the next possible opportunity to use a MYFLEXBOX on my way home, which I didn't know required a QR code or an 8-digit code according to the parcel service, which I should get from the sender, not from them. So I wrote to the sender again, and they said I wouldn't get it from them either, so I still haven't received my package, and now I am getting a message that I have to pay 4.99€ again because of this. This is customer service; there is nothing more to say about it, especially since I go to work and packages have already gone missing in my building, so I use parcel shops and stations for pickup.
