The products are well compliant, even if some textures have changed a bit, they remain just as effective! However, I have a problem with the oil-free cream: it does not flow when I press the cap designed for that purpose. After contacting customer service, I was told that it was 'normal', that I had to press for 2 to 3 minutes or run it under water for that long each time I use it. Honestly, I don't know who has the time to do that morning and night, but that's not me! Products: OK. Customer service: catastrophic, impossible to communicate with them. Too bad, I will not recommend anymore even though I have been a customer since 2020
Stolen or lost package and zero solution from customer service. Thieves. Move along, brand to avoid.

Wrong order
Unfortunately, I can't stand it at all. I get painful X-rays.
To tell you the truth, I wanted to change my hair routine, I treated myself to the hair set with all the products and I am extremely disappointed. It broke my hair and dried it out. By the end of the complete routine with the products, my hair is all straw-like and dry. Never again.

Before using your products, my skin was in very good condition, without acne or redness. I have combination skin, only prone to a few discreet comedones on the sides of the nose and the chin, without particular dryness or irritation. During the first use of the "Precious Complexion" soap, which I left on for about a minute, I immediately felt tingling. I then applied the "Glow Booster Secret" soap (with turmeric) for about two minutes, before gently rinsing with water. Shortly after, I noticed significant redness and burning on my face, comparable to a sunburn, as well as a small scratch on my left cheek that bled slightly. These symptoms persisted for several days despite the application of Dexeryl cream to soothe the skin.
Not satisfactory.
