The products are great but the box I bought was out of stock and I still have no news even though I paid for it and have nothing.

Usually nothing to say but I received my cream without oil the cap that allows to take out the cream is broken 😢

Order received on time. But opening the cream and finding what looks like an eyelash or a hair... not so good. After-sales service proposal: either I return the cream, wait some more, and receive another one. Or a 50% discount code. Personally, I threw the cream away, so I didn't really have a choice but to pay again. I don't really get the idea of getting back a cream that's fit for the garbage can .... so I'm not sure I'll be recommending it.
The mask I ordered leaked during delivery. How can I exchange it?

Very long shipping time compared to what the site indicates in shipping and delivery times. Impossible to track the package, nothing was up to date.

Very happy to have received the goat's milk soap. On the other hand, the moisturizing cream doesn't suit me at all and burns my skin. A bit disappointed, I love the brand so much.
A product was opened and I was given 24 hours after receipt of the parcel to send ALL the products, even though it was only one that was wrong (the reply to my email was 3 days later, so the deadline had already passed). The product's lid was open when I received the parcel.

Fairly effective soap that works like a Marseille soap but dries the skin out a lot. Not worth the price
I was disappointed with the wait to receive my package. My parcel remained x time in shipping. I had to call several times for them to investigate where my package was.
I've just started using the soap. The lather is creamy and gives a clean feeling without tightening the skin once dry.
I waited almost 2 weeks to receive my order, I wanted to offer it to someone but it was too late.
The product is satisfactory, the customer service is not. After placing an order I received the wrong product by mistake, so I reported it. 2 solutions were proposed to me 2 weeks later after several exchanges: - 50% on the next order - sending a return label Result, after almost a month I still do not have the product I ordered because I did not have time to rectify their error. Too bad the customer service is not top notch. I like the product but I didn't like this last experience, I'm not sure I would recommend.

Time of reception much too long
I wanted to test the peeling and I had an allergic reaction. I would never recommend this product.
Some products were missing. Fortunately, the customer service is great and my products were finally sent to me.
There is an item missing from my package
The soap is perfect 👍 I love it on the other hand I have a problem with the moisturizer without oil, its packaging does not work well. I struggle every time to get a dab of cream.

The soap caused me to have redness, pimples and irritation.
Unfortunately order received by half
I asked for my products to be delivered to a relay near my home, and finally I was informed that the delivery was made about 50 km from my home. Following which I contact the customer service pin up who clears himself of the problem of delivery by saying that it does not manage this part there. After I had to report the error to the carriers myself, I was informed that the package would be delivered to the initial relay chosen. And in the end I had to go pick up my package in the neighboring city in times exceeded those planned.
I couldn't use either the exfoliator or the mask. As soon as I put it on my skin, it burned. I had to take it off. I was scarlet and my skin was burning.
I placed an order and received it well. But there were some items missing so I reported it. I was told that they would send me back the forgotten items but again I received but still 1 item missing... disappointed!
Null after sales service! The package was not prepared correctly and my order was missing a product! I paid for it! But it was a shame to put the blame on the delivery when I made it clear that it was impossible because the box was in perfect condition and the security tape was in perfect condition!
