Delivery takes forever
Order not received
It would be great if the product was delivered to your home and not to a parcel store. And that you can choose which parcel delivery company you want, as I personally always have problems with DPD
My order has not arrived
The soap smells too intensely of lavender for me. I also find it difficult to handle because it is so thick. In addition, the shipping is totally inconvenient for me. To a packing station or something like that. I can't yet say exactly how the soap will affect my skin. I haven't used it long enough for that. Nevertheless, I would rather order somewhere else than from Pinup Secret. I wasn't convinced by it.
I have not received the goods
My package has still not arrived and I find the delivery time very long so far!
I have not received any goods to date and have already paid via Paypal. I ordered the goods on 23.12. and up to 6.1. still no goods have arrived!

I've been hearing about pin up secret products for a long time now, and I was expecting an almost miraculous product... But it wasn't the case, the cleansing soap, I'm a bit disappointed by the smell and it dries out the skin a lot for me and the turmeric mask, I used it only once and it burned me, very unpleasant sensation of heating after 2 minutes and several hours after removing the mask and rinsing well and a few days later I peed, sign of "burn" I would not recommend!
After receiving my order, I threw the box away thinking it was complete. When I took stock, I realized that two products were missing. Because I didn't take any photos of my parcel, which I opened, I can't get any satisfaction. I don't see why I have to send a photo of an opened parcel. This company's vietn mistake.

Responsiveness ++ for parcel dispatch. On the other hand, after-sales service is neglected and almost non-existent for returns. That says a lot about the motivations of this company, which must be very profitable ...
Three shipments were sent, each one was lost, the fourth was delivered. Anything can happen, especially in the run-up to Christmas, but the communication and support from Pinup was a disaster! No concessions, no goodwill or refunds. I waited over 2 months for my order.
The returns process is an act and not at all customer-friendly. If you swear by your product, it is also possible to send it back with less effort and at a lower cost. Always read what you can expect, here the ingredients didn't fit at all and through experience reports, unfortunately read too late, nothing at all for sensitive skin.
Miserable communication.
Two of the three products arrived with damaged packaging. The make-up remover even had half of its protective film open. It is questionable how long the product will now keep, as I cannot of course determine when the protective film was partially removed (the product can only be kept for 12 months after opening). The face cream has leaked and the container is sticky as a result. I suspect that I received a product that had already been opened and returned by another customer. I was so outraged that I forgot to take a photo of everything, which means I am now unable to request a refund. All in all, I bought and paid for 3 expensive products, 2 of which were damaged, opened and some of which have already leaked. Never again!
