The parcel arrived at the wrong address
Never received my order.
My order has still not arrived for two weeks and unfortunately I am not receiving any updates on the order status
I am absolutely not satisfied with the customer service. And I wouldn't order from them again.
My order is missing 2 items. So I followed the procedure to the letter: photo of the items received + photo of the parcel from all angles + photos of the label which I sent to the contact email address. 5 days later no news... so I logged on to the site and made another request. I got a response from an automatic e-mail that wasn't personalized at all, asking me for the photos again because customer service hadn't received them.... I sent them back and since then no more replies.... so the experience has been nil, customer service doesn't meet expectations and takes you for fools... working in customer service myself, I'm really taken aback by this way of doing things... Pin up has therefore lost a very good customer as this was my last order.
My order was delivered to the wrong place for the 2nd time
I received a faulty delivery and unfortunately have not yet received an answer from Pinup as to how the problem can be resolved. Therefore totally dissatisfied !!!

Parcels are only sent to your home for an extra charge and not to a parcel center even though you already pay the shipping fee. Other retailers also manage this. The self-set password of the customer account is sent in plain text to the stored email address, ergo presumably also stored. Security is subterranean, just wait for unwanted things to flutter in via this address. The product is very good, but I was asked about the shopping experience.

My parcel arrived at another relay point that was inaccessible on foot under the pretext that it was via chronopost. So I couldn't pick it up. I went to the relay point indicated, which was the one I had chosen, but nothing happened.

I don't recommend the oil-free cream as a mattifying face care product for oily skin. After receiving an order missing an item, I tried several times to reach customer service by phone, but no answer! I sent an e-mail to claim the missing product, unfortunately customer service is still not serious and sent me the missing product after insisting and calling back several times.
My skin is unfortunately worse since I started using your products.

Very happy with the products but very disappointed with the customer service. I had a problem on my order because the point of delivery to recover. My order was on vacation afterwards. I contacted customer service by e-mail, but never got a reply... That's a shame!
