One of my purchases arrived broken. The plastic bag packaging is insufficient to protect what's inside.

It misses the most expensive soap the one with goat's milk.. very disappointed still no refund offered by pin up secret.. first of last order that's for sure!!!! 😡

Unfortunately, I received the wrong goods and had to send them back. I had to make an extra trip to a DPD store which is not nearby. Very annoying and unnecessary effort. No credit note or similar was guaranteed. I am satisfied with the products.

For the product a smooth 1 + with asterisks. However, the ordering process is a disaster every time. The last time I wrote to the customer service, then it worked. I also haven't found out why I can no longer pay with Paypal. The body cream with fragrance has never been in stock since I started using Pinup Secret, maybe you should just remove the product - just as a note. Otherwise, as I said - the best care, top!

I find that the soaps don't have the same scent as their predecessors. I had to stop using them because I had a reaction. It felt like my face was burning.

Unfortunately received an empty cream, which of course can always happen and which is not my problem. But customer service afterwards was a disaster. I only wanted the cream I paid for to be delivered. And then I was offered 40% off another item for ecological reasons and then they would send me the soap. But since it is for my mom and she has to try it out first to see if she tolerates it, it was a huge back and forth until they sent me the missing and paid item. But the 40% discount was then withdrawn again. Well, at least I hope that my mom will be successful with this soap and cream.

The soaps are of better quality than the creams, which don't have the advertised anti-wrinkle effect.

The soap is very small, I thought it was a normal size, but it's quite big, so I put it on top.

I wanted to try out this brand, which I've been eyeing for a while, and I had the opportunity to do so with the solid mask, but unfortunately my skin didn't appreciate it too much... it burned as soon as I applied the mask. Apart from that, the order arrived very quickly.

I could only see on my account that I must have actually ordered it (because of the bank transfer). However, the delivery arrived very quickly and without any complications.

Customer service is a disaster! No feedback received to date!

I bought a complete box for my hair and received a damaged box with a cutter. The outer box is in good condition, so this happened before packing.

The shipment can only be made to a DPD branch and I had to drive an extra 10 km for it. Well, okay, I accepted that. But my parcel wasn't delivered to the branch at all or couldn't be found. I drove there 3 times for nothing. Paid shipping... Way too complicated and I wouldn't order again. Customer service is also unavailable.

Soap supposedly for blemished skin, but contains far too many comedogenic ingredients. After 1 week, I had lots of pimples and grainy skin. I lost my money.
