After doing some research on an ethanol stove, I chose Wikao's Tokyo model, which seemed reliable and reasonably priced. I ordered on Sunday evening, received shipping confirmation on Monday, and it arrived at my home on Wednesday!!! Very good packaging, a beautiful stove, good quality and thick metal. The stove works very well and provides enough heat for our needs. We are very satisfied! Recommended.

This is my second purchase from your website. The product is good quality. There was a small mistake with my second order: it was sent to the wrong depot, but the parcel arrived in the end. I recommend the website.

Nothing to say about the quality of the service. The product's finish could be better. However, I'm very disappointed with the appliance's runtime: when filled to the maximum, it lasts 30 minutes.

This rating is about the delivery. The delivery driver left the fireplace I ordered at my neighbor's house, even though Wikao guarantees secure delivery with a confidential code to be given to the driver. Luckily, I get along well with my neighbor.....
