Thank you, Wikao! I placed my order on Sunday and received it Tuesday morning. Really very fast... I’m pleasantly surprised: the matte black Tokyo ethanol fireplace is really beautiful and works perfectly.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The package arrived quickly and was very well packed! The fireplace looks just like the photo, and it’s really lovely when it’s lit. I mainly use it on slightly chilly summer evenings to create a warm and unusual atmosphere.

The initial email exchanges were very quick and helpful in learning about the product. Delivery in record time (ordered Monday evening, fireplace received Wednesday at noon!). Customer service was very available to answer a few questions about installation. The fireplace we received (Tosno) is very beautiful and works well. Time will tell how it holds up. Thank you for this lovely purchase. Very professional.

Hello, the service was perfect. However, the fireplace is not 75 cm tall, but 70 cm. That is the only comment I could make. Please let me know how long this item is covered by the warranty. Regards.

Fast delivery. Nice finish. It’s a shame there are no instructions explaining which way to position the plate to extinguish the flame. I’m also disappointed with this mechanism, which isn’t very practical to use and makes it easy to burn yourself.

Flawless order!!! Responsive service, on time, and the product matched the order. One small issue with delivery: GLS gave me an appointment for Tuesday morning between 9 a.m. and noon, but delivered on Monday around 2 p.m. However, they called beforehand to check whether I was home. The fireplace description was missing its safety certification, so I had to contact Wikao to ask whether it had one, which is essential for a flammable product!!! Wikao was courteous, attentive, friendly and responsive.

Fast delivery, and the product was well protected, except for the more fragile glass panels, which were not wrapped. Fortunately, there wasn’t much damage—just a small scratch on one of them. It could have been worse...

Response from Wikao Published on 27/01/2020

Hello,
The way the glass panels are packed is sufficient; it is extremely rare for one to arrive broken.
Please don’t worry: our after-sales service will take care of any breakage without any problem if it does happen.

I bought my bioethanol fireplace from them, and I also regularly buy bioethanol. I have to take my hat off to them for their advice, service, and attentiveness to customers. It's great, especially these days, to find a company that doesn't just take your money but has a GENUINE policy of listening to its customers. Well done!!
