*** We still haven't received our order. It was supposed to be delivered a week ago, and no new delivery date has been given. Apparently the delay is due to bad weather... In the meantime, we've paid for a product that we still haven't received. This is the first time we've ordered from this website, and we're disappointed.

Response from Wikao
Yes, indeed, we are sorry, but the snowfall disrupted transportation. Unfortunately, delays of between 2 and 4 days affected everyone.

Product matches the description and photos, with fast and efficient delivery. It gives you the effect of a wood-burning stove and provides very good supplementary heating. The reservoir can hold a one-liter bottle of ethanol without any problem and produces very pretty flames for at least 4 hours. Condensation forms on the glass panel when it is lit, but disappears very quickly, in less than a minute. I recommend it.

The package was badly damaged, and the fireplace had its front right corner broken. The assembly instructions were very basic.

Response from Wikao
Hello,
We exchanged emails following your request, and we provided the additional information you asked for to assemble your fireplace.
However, at no point did you tell us that the fireplace was damaged, which is rather surprising.

Fast delivery and very well-packaged parcel. Beautiful finish, quality product and well insulated. Easy to install, even for a casual DIYer. One star less because a template would be very useful for positioning the second mounting bracket.

Very pleased with my order; the fireplace is really beautiful. Ultra-fast delivery: ordered Tuesday, received Thursday. The only downside is that since I chose the white one, the paint has already started to yellow after a few days of use.

Delivered within 24 hours, and the fireplace looks even better in person than in the photo! It's an 8 kW model. We have a 50 m² room, and the temperature rose by 5 degrees in 30 minutes. It looks great too! Excellent—thank you for the ultra-fast service.

A very nice little fire, but the stainless-steel accessory, which was wrapped in several layers, was scratched (the flat piece used to reduce the flame). It was probably scratched beforehand, as the packaging was intact. A 1 cm by 7 cm scratch; it's not essential since it will stay inside the fireplace, but it's a shame!

Response from Wikao
Indeed, the brushed finish has not been applied to this flame-extinguishing plate.
The side of this plate rests on the burner (and is therefore not visible to the naked eye), so the manufacturer decided not to finish it, as this would serve no purpose and would have resulted in an unjustified additional cost.

The package was very well packed and arrived on time. The product looks great, and we are extremely pleased with the heat output too, as we have to turn it down so we don't get too hot. Our fireplace has truly been given a second life.

A very pretty fireplace for a relaxing moment. The flames are beautiful and quite high, and the burn time is good too—two hours, even though the tank wasn't full. But there are two drawbacks to this model: it's difficult to fill the tank without removing the burner because the glass panels are high, although this is a plus for safety; and it's also difficult to extinguish, as you have to stand to the side to use the tool provided because of the panels. Delivery in record time: ordered Thursday, delivered Saturday.
