We are very happy with our fireplace. It arrived very quickly and was very well packed. There was a small delivery issue with the accessories (the carrier's mistake, not Wikao's), which was resolved within 24 hours, so everything was very good. We recommend them without hesitation.

Fast delivery, no problems with the order; everything went very well. The product is exactly what we expected. The only downside is the fuel consumption: you can't heat the room all day with it.

The product quality is as expected. It would have been useful to have a drilling template, especially for the vertical spacing between holes. Fast delivery within the scheduled time slot—perfect.

The fireplace is fantastic; the illusion of a real fire is amazing! However, the filling system is rather awkward, if not dangerous. The ethanol container is very heavy and difficult to handle. It's impossible to pour it into a smaller bottle without spilling it everywhere; a large pipette and lighter containers should be offered.

Fast and flawless delivery. Perfect packaging. Nothing to complain about. I have only unpacked the fireplace, which perfectly matches the description. However, it has not yet been installed on the wall, so I can't tell you whether it works well. But so far, I am very satisfied. December 7, 2018 ***

The product almost meets our expectations. Its design can fit into any type of interior. The instructions for the fireplace are a little "sparse"... They lack explanations and diagrams for people who have never used an ethanol fireplace. And there are no instructions for the pump...

Delivered on time! Nothing to complain about! However, the fireplace smells quite strongly of ethanol, which is disappointing! Otherwise, the accessories are essential (lighter and electric pump).

One product was missing from the first delivery. The second shipment was sent to the pickup point, which refused the delivery. After waiting a few days, I did receive the second parcel. Congratulations on the goodwill gesture, as I received a product I hadn't ordered, which was given to me as a gift.
