Attractive price. Impeccable delivery. I had a problem with my lighter, and it was replaced without any discussion. I didn't expect the fireplace I bought to heat my large room so much.

Product as described. The packaging could have been more careful because, unfortunately, after the delivery driver had left, we noticed a scratch on the stainless steel front, probably caused by parts rubbing together during transport. Not good! The lighter was missing from the parcel, but they immediately sent a replacement by post. Good! That's why I gave it 3 stars!

A very good product. The temperature increase is 3 to 4 degrees in a well-insulated 25-square-meter room. Consumption is reasonable: 0.4 L/hour. The order was placed on Tuesday and received at a pickup point on Saturday.

The parcel was extremely well packaged. In a 28-square-meter room, after 3 hours of heating, the temperature went from 19.8 to 22.7 degrees using about 50 cl of bioethanol. Assembly takes 3 minutes. It's a shame there's no drilling template for the wall, but it's nothing complicated. The kit comes with screws, an assembly wrench, and standard wall plugs.

I'm delighted with my fireplace, but the damper is difficult to close and doesn't slide smoothly. It doesn't close properly. Is that normal? I don't know! That said, I wouldn't want to be without my fireplace anymore!

Hello. I would have liked to be able to review the product, but your DPD delivery drivers are truly disastrous. I was supposed to have it delivered to a pickup point, but they didn’t do that. I provided the delivery address afterward, but apparently they had better things to do: instead of ringing the doorbell, they left a delivery notice even though I was at home. So I’m still waiting for my parcel. I hope it reaches me. I’ve had nothing but delivery problems with them, and now the same is happening with your goods. I hope to receive my parcel soon and that they’ll be more reliable with your other customers. Regards.

Response from Wikao
Hello,
Yes, indeed, your parcel was refused at the pickup point because it had been damaged and re-taped by DPD.
They then asked to deliver it directly to your home, which you accepted. However, because you were absent and the contact phone number was Swiss, the driver couldn’t call you, as their phones are restricted to French phone numbers.
We were still able to deliver your parcel thanks to good cooperation between all the services.
