I’m delighted with this fireplace; it heats much more than I expected (30 m² apartment). You feel the warmth straight away, and it lasts a long time after it’s turned off. I no longer turn on the electric radiator. I also recommend your website for the quality of the shipping (speed, tracking, and impeccable packaging).

Hello. Well, it’s hard to say everything is going well: I ordered a product on February 1 that was listed as in stock, with delivery in 48 to 72 hours. Then I received a notice on February 2 saying delivery was underway. So far, so good. Since then... radio silence! No news at all. My order history says: out for delivery. It’s the 9th... the least you could have done was provide an update, don’t you think? Thank you in advance (or belatedly) for getting back to me. ***

Hi, I received the product I ordered very quickly, and I’m completely satisfied with it, except that there are two dents in the steel. I didn’t want to return it to you because I didn’t want to wait. However, you always replied to my questions very quickly. Thank you.

Fast delivery of the product, which so far meets my expectations. The finish is good. I’m missing one piece of information: how long will the fiberglass inside last? Because apparently it can’t be replaced.

Very stylish fireplace. The size is just right for a coffee table. Good burn time. It burns for an hour and a half with the reservoir three-quarters full. Fast delivery, and the package was very well packed to prevent damage to the item. Which brand of bioethanol do you recommend?

Well done, I was amazed by how quickly it was delivered... The product matches my order. My only small regret is that the side view isn’t very attractive; perhaps the sides on this model could be stainless steel like the front... It works very well...

Hello, I recently ordered a "fire glass" fireplace with logs. Everything was supposed to be delivered last week, but to date I have only received the logs. A Chronopost delivery driver rang my doorbell in the morning before I could even get downstairs to open the door. He opened my gate without my permission and left the box with the logs inside, right on the ground. By the time I got downstairs, he had already left without asking me to sign anything and without closing my gate. If I hadn't been home, my gate would have been left open all day while I was away... Unacceptable, and I would really like to know where the fireplace I ordered is?????

Hello,
Following your phone call, we are still waiting for your statement of non-receipt for your fireplace, which was marked as delivered, so that we can open a claim with the carrier.
As for the driver's behavior, we are truly sorry that something like this could happen, but unfortunately, apart from passing the information on to our sales representative, there is not much we can do.
