Very happy with the product I bought. The only negative point was the delivery provider, whose driver was unpleasant and disrespectful. Best regards.

Very unhappy with the delivery and tracking. The carrier showed up at my home without arranging an appointment beforehand and dropped the parcel off at a pickup point. It was so bulky that the pickup point wouldn't keep it for more than 24 hours. I called Wikao; they confirmed they were having problems with their deliveries and had no solution! They wouldn't even call GLS. No help at all in resolving the problem! I will never use this website again!

Response from Wikao
Unfortunately, freight delivery is difficult for us to control, especially during the Christmas season, when the high volume of parcels makes things quite difficult for both drivers and customers.
The driver dropped the parcel off at a pickup point because he was unable to reach you by phone.
Once it has been delivered there, it is then impossible to retrieve the parcel and deliver it to your home.

Ordering and delivery were impeccable. But otherwise, nothing exceptional! The product is very mediocre and not worth the price.

Order placed Monday evening, delivered Wednesday. Great! The fireplace has a nice design. And a pleasant surprise: it heats well (+2 degrees in a 45 m² room).

Hello, this is my first time ordering from the website. I ordered on a Sunday and received the item on Wednesday, with delivery to Belgium. It's a shame that the Tosno model doesn't come with a template. But it's GREAT!!!

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I was impressed by both its appearance and its performance as a supplementary heater. The only minor downside is that there's a slight smell while it's running, even though I used odorless ethanol. The overall quality is very good; I recommend it.

Hello, the delivery time was excellent, and overall the product seemed perfect, except that during assembly, the welders had put the bolts that the perpendicular mounting bars screw into at the front instead of the back. So I had to drill holes to correct the work and finish assembling it. The finished work should be checked a little more carefully. In any case, I'm enjoying the warmth of the fireplace, and you can keep the useless bolts.

A very attractive, easy-to-navigate website. Excellent telephone support. It's a shame that when I opened the package, the Onyx bio fireplace insert I ordered and was invoiced for in WHITE had turned out to be BLACK. We could return it, but how long would we have to wait, especially since it was delivered abroad? We'll keep it, but we're still disappointed.

I received the packages 3 days after placing my order. One item didn't work and another was missing, but Wikao sent replacements as soon as they received my letter. The bioethanol fireplace works well and adds a very elegant touch to my living room. I'm very happy I chose to trust Wikao.

Good-quality fireplace, true to the description on the website. A small scratch when unpacking, but nothing serious. Time will tell. It was delivered to a different pickup point than the one I chose, but fortunately it wasn't too far from the original one.

Very fast delivery, carefully packaged. The fireplace is good quality and meets our expectations, EXCEPT for the dimensions, which are not the ones listed on the website. The actual dimensions are 70 x 45 x 31 instead of 70 x 40 x 20, which is a significant difference and could be a problem if you want to fit the fireplace into a designated space.

Many thanks to the management of WIKAO for their responsiveness in resolving my problem. I bought an ethanol fireplace on their website, but my package never arrived! Wikao reacted very quickly and did what was necessary to send me another one, which arrived safely and has now been installed. Very professional people. Thank you.

Nothing to complain about. Delivered on time, and the delivery driver called. The product was very well packaged. It's a white Leonis stove, and it's beautiful. It works wonderfully in my living room, where it raises the temperature by about two degrees. I recommend it without reservation.

The fireplace was left behind our gate without us being able to book a delivery time slot. Given the height of the gate, we were very lucky it arrived intact and, above all, wasn't stolen. Wikao is reliable, but the carrier isn't.
