The order arrived very quickly. It’s a shame there was no contact from the delivery service, as the parcel was delivered to a neighbor. Otherwise, the product matches the description and is good quality.

Completely satisfied. The telephone service was very pleasant and efficient, and delivery was fast (the very next day). Our Sevenfire XL model with two burners looks very stylish and gives off gentle heat. We're so pleased that we've just ordered a second one!

Hello, The fireplace I ordered is very beautiful. Delivery was very fast. What was missing was coordination to make sure I would be home. Then, for the second delivery, which had been arranged this time, the driver was alone and couldn't carry the 58-kilo package upstairs. A neighbor helped me!!! Thank you, and kind regards, ***

Stylish, practical, and effective! Just one small drawback: on a small fireplace like the Toast, the closing flap is a little difficult to use; you have to try twice. But you get used to it!

The delivery was dispatched and received remarkably quickly. The product meets my expectations, and I would even say I'm surprised by its quality and presentation. I had my first “burn.” It looks beautiful. Be sure to let it dry thoroughly if any bioethanol spills.
