A problem was resolved very quickly, and the product is very reliable. Thank you for your prompt service.

Very fast delivery. The product matches the order. Perfect packaging.

Perfect service

Fast delivery; everything was perfect.

The product matches the description and was delivered on time. Nothing to report.

The product meets my expectations, and delivery was on time. Impeccable. Nothing to report.

Fast delivery, fireplace matches the description and photo. Very happy with my fireplace; it looks very stylish. Beautiful flame, and it raises the temperature by 3 degrees in a 25 m² room. I recommend this website. Very satisfied.

Good product, delivered very quickly and very well packaged.

Very stylish product, just like the photos on the website. Received very quickly! I'm very satisfied!

Fast delivery (2 days), item as described (2.2 L ethanol fireplace). Operating time as expected, around 4 to 5 hours per liter of ethanol. Installed in an open fireplace on a grate, it creates a beautiful, lively flame and provides extra warmth for a 30 m² room with a cathedral ceiling.

Parcel received on time. Nothing to complain about with this seller.

Your painting was supposed to be delivered on 27/01. The delivery driver left a delivery notice in my mailbox for a new delivery on 01/02/2017. The driver didn't ring the bell; he only left a delivery notice in my mailbox. On 01/02, delivery was supposed to take place between 10 a.m. and noon... nobody came. Today, 02/02/2017, I checked the delivery company's website, and according to the internet, the driver had left me a delivery notice. My mailbox was empty, with no notice. I called the transport company, which is going to hold the parcel at its depot in Hoerdt so I can pick up this painting. It's disappointing that a customer has to travel to collect it...!!!!! They really need to change their carrier.

Nothing to say except that it's a very good product, as described. Very fast delivery.

Fast and carefully handled. The product matches the description and seems effective. It could use instructions that are more specific to the product itself, with a more detailed user manual.

It's really hard to be any more satisfied. My painting is truly superb for the price. It even comes with a small wall-mounting kit, which is very easy to install. On top of that, delivery was very fast and the item was packaged perfectly. Flawless. I'm actually going to order three more. Thank you.

VERY GOOD

My request for information was handled and answered very quickly. A wide selection of fireplaces, a clear, straightforward and fast transaction, and very fast delivery... The product meets our expectations, matches the photos and was well packaged. I highly recommend it...

The product is as described and good quality; we gain 4 degrees in an hour. Ordered on Sunday, received at a pickup point on Tuesday. It would be hard to be faster. Wikao represents everything you could hope for from an online shopping site.

Great! We had a manufacturing problem with the fireplace, and after contacting them, the parts were sent to us again very quickly. I recommend them.

Perfect, nothing to add.

Product as described, delivered quickly and packaged perfectly.

Ordered an ethanol fireplace. Very good-quality and attractive product. Extremely fast delivery.

Excellent, fast, punctual and precise service. Thank you.

Very fast delivery. Product as described and well packaged, but the user and care instructions are too brief.

The positives: delivery was incredibly fast, and the fireplace works really well :) Negatives: the glass panels shown in the photo aren't vertical once installed, which detracts a little from the appearance. They are tilted. Another issue: the listing describes a 2.2 L, 4 kW burner, but it is only 1.5 L and 3 kW. Otherwise, it works really well, so we removed one glass panel for aesthetic reasons.

I received my fireplace. Good product. However, I called WIKAO for information, but the person couldn't answer my questions. Someone was supposed to call me back with the information, but I never heard from them!!!!!

Fast delivery, product meets expectations.

Delivery: very good timing. Product: - appearance as expected - heats well. However: - product delivered in mediocre packaging (glass panels not protected enough; luckily they weren't broken) - product does not match the website description (the tank capacity is much lower, and according to the manual for this model, the heat output is 1,000 W lower) - poor finish (shoddy welds, dents in the sheet metal / chipped paint)

We received our item quickly, but unfortunately it was damaged (dented, chipped sheet metal and a weld that had come apart at one corner). Unfortunately, an exchange was not possible. Even though we are at fault for not checking the entire product upon receipt, I don't think the after-sales service is up to standard for a product costing *** euros. We were only offered a discount of *** euros... and I'm left stuck with my damaged product.

Perfect

Completely satisfied

Everything was perfect; the fast delivery was especially appreciated.

Good product

Fast delivery. There was an issue with the table fireplace stand, which was resolved very quickly. Thank you to the Wikao team. Our first fire was very enjoyable in the cool weather.

Very fast delivery. The product seems to be good quality. There were a few minor issues with the screw fittings, and the instructions do not specify which way the burner should face.

Very fast delivery, a very attractive product and easy to use.

Very fast delivery, a very attractive product and easy to use.

We are satisfied; fast service. We are delighted with our order, which is exactly as shown on the website.

Thank you for your professionalism. We are satisfied with your service; nothing to complain about.

This is the third bioethanol fireplace I have bought. I must say that not only is Wikao's value for money very good, but the delivery is also top-notch in terms of speed and packaging! Well done!
