Hello, this is my first ethanol fireplace, and so far I am very satisfied with it. No smell, a genuine source of heat, and a lovely decorative touch. Perfectly on-time delivery, and the product was well packaged. Thank you.

Good value for money. A reputable company. After canceling my son's Christmas present from a competitor who still hadn't delivered after a month and a half of waiting, Wikao got us out of a bind: I ordered a similar product at noon and it was delivered by noon the next day! I could hardly believe it! It's great that when you write to them, they reply right away. A beautiful bioethanol fireplace that matches the photos and really heats the room! A reliable company—such a rarity these days! I'll keep them in mind for a future gift.

Order placed on December 17 still hasn't been delivered today, December 26... What a shame, Santa... It was supposed to be delivered to a pickup point within 48 hours... What's more, our house is closed for the holidays... There's nothing we can do but wait and hope we'll hear something before January!

1/ No problem placing the order. 2/ Good delivery time. 3/ One drawback....... regarding the after-sales service, or following a phone inquiry about the respective capacities of the two burners in the Clara fireplace, I was assured that the capacity (1.5 L) given by the manufacturer was for one burner, whereas it is actually the capacity of both burners.

Response from Wikao
Although your order was shipped the next day, the parcel took a little longer than expected (3 days) because of the influx of parcels due to the Christmas holidays, but according to our tracking, it was delivered the following day.
Once again, we're sorry for the delay.

I'm very surprised by your questionnaire, given that my order, placed on December 11, still hasn't arrived. I've called your customer service several times, and I was supposed to be contacted again with information about these problems, but I'm still waiting!!!! So you can understand my dissatisfaction now. I hope this will get things moving...

We bought the Carini model, which has a heating output of 3,000 watts. After using it several times, we still don't feel any real heat. The burner is installed in a 40 m² room, and if we turn off the regular radiators, the temperature drops quickly. Aesthetically, the model matches the photo.
Translated reviews
Response from Wikao
Very surprising. Normally, this type of model can heat a room up to 30 m², and beyond that it still provides heat, of course, but less effectively. Many factors can come into play (insulation, an open door, etc.), but based on our tests and our customers’ feedback, its heating power is very real.
