Good product; we chose the Izola model. The product is very well made overall. Obviously, it is not a standalone heating appliance; it will only raise the temperature by a few degrees. The model we selected fits perfectly into our contemporary interior, and the view of the flame creates a lovely atmosphere. A good purchase.

The product is exactly as described and very good quality. One small drawback: the instructions are a little sparse when it comes to assembly. Otherwise, very professional service and very fast delivery. A satisfied customer!

The item was exactly as ordered. The only thing that could be improved was the delivery, which was a day late and meant I had to stay in for half a day.

Just what I expected, a very good product. After ten minutes of heating, the flames look beautiful. A real fire like a wood fire, without the hassle.

Good communication and fairly prompt shipping. The Lutece product is decent, although I think it could be improved with an adjustable flame! The flame is currently a little erratic and goes in every direction! I think a small damper on the firebox would be necessary...

A very beautiful product, exactly as shown in the photo. A very reliable website and delivery in under 48 hours!! One thing could be improved, however: for ethanol fireplaces, it would be helpful to include a little ethanol with the product so you can test it as soon as it arrives. I recommend the website and the product! Very satisfied.

Fast delivery and good communication with the company. After installing the 50 cm burner with the artificial logs, everything works wonderfully and has given my defective fireplace a new lease on life. Beautiful flames. It really looks like a real wood fire. Excellent-quality stainless steel burner. It also heats my living room. The artificial logs are relatively small for my large open fireplace. Recommended for cozy winter evenings.

Everything is perfect with WIKAO. The delivery by GLS went badly; they are acting in bad faith. They do not honor their commitment to deliver to your home, unless you call them twice on a premium-rate number.
