Very disappointed with the product, particularly its filling method and its very low heating capacity.

Response from Wikao
The model you purchased is suitable for a 30 m² living room, providing supplementary heat that can raise the temperature by up to 5 to 6 degrees.
As I told you, it will be difficult to heat an outdoor area or feel the warmth.
It is not comparable to a patio heater, which is designed for that purpose.
The filling method is common to the vast majority of ethanol fireplaces.

Since the product I bought is a Christmas gift, I can't evaluate it, but it matches the description. I appreciated the phone call, which was reassuring. If the gift is well received, I may order the next size up... Perhaps it would be a good idea to offer a liter of ethanol as a starter kit in the accessories section?

I chose the Anglo corner fireplace. Nothing to complain about: the fireplace matches the description, delivery was quick, the product was well packaged, and installation is simple. I recommend it. However, they should reconsider their delivery company, because GLS are not very careful.

Great bioethanol burner; it heats well and gets warm quickly. Despite the drawback that it doesn't last 5 hours on a low setting—3 hours maximum. I recommend it.

Product as described, carefully packaged, and delivered on time. The only downside, for which the company isn't really responsible: the parcel was left in front of the door without any notification. Apart from that: perfect!!!

The designated pickup point wasn't used (closed for holidays?) and the delivery was made to a less convenient location. Also, one of the items sent (a safety lighter) is badly damaged and doesn't work: very poor packaging!
Translated reviews
Response from Wikao
Yes, indeed, your pickup point was closed and the carrier was not aware. That is why your parcel was dropped off at the second-closest pickup point.
Regarding the lighter, following your call, we sent you a new one that same day. Unfortunately, the original one had been crushed during transport.

Delivery was completed quickly, as promised. The parcel and its contents were in good condition. The product matches the photo. More decorative than effective for outdoor heating. A real fire pit or a patio heater would be better, but the visual effect would not be as pleasant! No problems with payment in three installments by credit card.
