Everything concerning delivery was perfect. The only downside: the finish on the painting. I had to repaint some areas of the raised design that were very poorly finished and chipped. A real shame!

Excellent communication with Wikao, very professional, and incredibly fast delivery—less than 24 hours. Ordered Wednesday afternoon, received Friday morning. Brilliant. Beautiful product, received in excellent condition. One small downside: the holes were not in the right places, but this was quickly resolved. I recommend this website.

Just one small downside: we were not notified about the delivery, as we had requested (unless we missed the notification). Otherwise, the order tracking was perfect.

Good product quality and it met my expectations. The only minor drawback was a very slight deformation in one of the slots for inserting a glass panel, but everything was quickly put right with a little dexterity.

Everything went well. The only “drawback” is that the ethanol fireplace I bought stays lit for much less time than stated on the website (especially one of the two burners).

Reliable, fast shipping, and an excellent-quality product that was carefully packaged. The staff are available and attentive. The Cross model fireplace really makes an impression. Good to know! A little cleaning tip: after several hours of use, a heat mark appears on the brushed steel plate. I tried everything to remove it, to no avail! The only miracle product is car body polish! The steel looks like new again! It's magic!

I ordered the Palma fireplace. The design matches the photo, but I am disappointed with the size of the flame. It's much too small for my taste. I thought it would look like the one in the photo, but not at all! It's half as high and very blue, so you can barely see it since my fireplace is on the floor...

Response from Wikao
The Palma fireplace does have a beautiful flame. However, based on your comment, it seems that you are probably using gel ethanol, which generally produces a smaller flame than liquid ethanol and also has a blue flame.
I strongly recommend using liquid ethanol, which will give you a flame that meets the standards of our products.

I am completely satisfied with the product I ordered, which is exactly what I expected. However, the delivery service is poor. 1) The address was entered incorrectly and was only corrected after I contacted them twice. 2) When I informed them that I would not be home on the delivery day, the operator and I agreed that the parcel would be left “under the table” by the front door (as confirmed by email). There was no call or delivery on that day. Where is the parcel? I had to wait until Monday for it to be delivered in the morning...

Ms. Kaiser:
Your address is automatically printed on the shipping label based on the information you entered on the website.
After checking, the address on the label is identical to yours. If there is an error, it is on your part.
Then, on Friday morning, you changed the delivery address, so the fireplace was logically delivered on Monday, as delivery changes mean the new delivery is rescheduled for the next business day.
For your information, delivery took 48 business hours.
The main thing is that you are completely satisfied with the product, as you told us.

THE CLOSING FLAP IS NOT AIRTIGHT, AND WE HAVE TO LIFT THE LID ONCE IT IS CLOSED TO PUT OUT THE FIRE. APART FROM THAT, EVERYTHING ELSE IS VERY GOOD. KIND REGARDS.

Response from Wikao
You just need to shut the sliding panel firmly if the fireplace does not go out.
The panel has a slight amount of play due to the expansion of the metal, and if you close it gently, a small flame can sometimes remain.
Closing the panel firmly cuts off the flame and puts it out.
