Very fast delivery service, excellent information over the phone. A very good result; we are very happy with the product and its excellent heating capacity. In fact, our neighbor just left our house and is going to order a freestanding fireplace. We will definitely recommend your products. Thank you for everything. ***

Fireplace ordered Thursday at noon and available at the pickup point on Friday morning (62). It meets our expectations, especially with the odorless Bionodor bioethanol recommended by Wikao. In a word: Wikao, well done.

Very good value for money. The product is exactly as shown in the photo. Delivery went well, but we would have preferred a narrower delivery time slot.

Fast delivery (ordered Monday, delivered to a pickup point on Thursday). The fireplace was very well packaged and protected. The product matches the description (a little bigger than it looks in the photo, but that's great). Nothing to complain about.

I first called to get some information. The welcome was excellent and the answers were precise. The product was advertised as deliverable within 48 hours. I ordered on Wednesday morning and it was delivered Friday at noon. Since then, I have contacted WIKAO by email for information about the fuel. I received a reply within 24 hours. Extremely satisfied.

A very reliable company. There was a small issue with our order, so they contacted us by phone and immediately found a solution (which suited us even better than the original product, as we were able to explain exactly what we needed over the phone). The product was well packaged and works very well. I would not hesitate to recommend this site.

The order was placed during the year-end holidays, so delivery took more than 72 hours. Delivery was delayed by another day because our address was incomplete on the delivery note, even though it was complete on the Wikao website. The fireplace arrived with scratches inside and one side slightly damaged.

Response from Wikao
Hello,
Your order was placed on December 30 at 9 p.m. On December 31, the carrier was not collecting parcels, so your order was postponed until the next business day, January 4.
Indeed, on January 5, an address issue prevented delivery. However, after you called and your address was updated, your order was delivered the next day. That is 72 business hours after your order was placed. We could not have been any faster.
As for any potential quality issues, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We will be happy to find a solution to your problem.
Your wikao.fr team

I would like to thank Wikao for all its services: a helpful telephone team who offered the option of returning the ethanol fireplace I chose if the dimensions were unsuitable; extremely fast (and free) delivery despite the Christmas period; perfect packaging to protect the order; and a quality fireplace chosen from a wide range.

The product was delivered very, very quickly. The advice on the website and from the person I spoke to on the phone was satisfactory. One drawback: the burner does not heat up, and it is somewhat difficult to extinguish when it is very hot. Nevertheless, good value for money, and delivery, packaging and ease of use are all excellent. The fuel consumption remains to be confirmed.
