The order was processed extremely quickly, which makes me wonder whether it's possible to change the color if you make a mistake when choosing it. Also, the order tracking is excellent, as is the carrier's service.

Hello, the painting is not identical to the photo and the colors are not the same. The painting does not meet my expectations, and there is no signature at the bottom.

Response from Wikao
Hello,
We are sorry that you are not happy with the painting.
It is true that the paintings are hand-painted, so there can sometimes be slight differences from the photo.
However, the colors are true to the painting; your screen may display them differently.
If you are not happy with the painting, you can return it within 14 days and receive a full refund.

I'm running low on ethanol... The fireplace is gorgeous and makes a lot of people jealous.

Excellent value for money. Of course, we'll have to see how it holds up over time. The prices are puzzling! When you see a wall-mounted ethanol fireplace selling in a store for nearly €2,000, while you can get one from WIKAO for less than €300, it makes you wonder! So I first tried WIKAO with a €259 fireplace, and I bought a second one because I was so satisfied with the first! The site's director and his colleague can be reached directly, without a premium-rate number, and are very friendly.

The fireplace is aesthetically pleasing. However, it has a major stability issue: it wobbles. The user guide clearly states that it must be perfectly stable and level to operate safely. We therefore have to find a workaround to install it, so we have not been able to use it yet.

Delivery was not made on the scheduled date due to the events of Friday, 13 November 2015. I completely understand the delivery delay, as you were in no way responsible. You were very responsive, as the delivery was made the very next day. I am very pleased with your delivery partners and the product I ordered. The fireplace is very attractive and works properly. I would not hesitate to recommend you to people I know. Kind regards,
