I can only say one thing: excellent!!! Ordered on Wednesday, delivered on Friday. Really nothing to complain about. What's more, the fireplace is beautiful and high quality. Well done; I recommend your website.

The packaging for the ceramic logs was very good, but the packaging for the picture was disastrous. It arrived partially damaged (the paint along the edge was chipped in several places, and it was "bent," meaning that it no longer lies flat against a wall). Finally, the ceramic logs themselves are very poor quality: the end of one broke off in my hand, and the ones near the flame turn black even though they are not in contact with it. A huge disappointment compared with my previous order.

Response from Wikao
Your picture was probably bent during transport. You should have contacted us so that, after checking it, we could arrange a replacement.
The ceramic logs can only turn black through contact with the flame.
However, they can also be cleaned if you wish.

Well-structured website with a wide selection; flawless ordering process, short delivery time, and product perfectly packaged. This ethanol fireplace is sturdy, attractive, and easy to use. Now I just need to find reasonably priced fuel that doesn't smell.

Your order was quite complicated because you changed your mind three times about the location and type of delivery.
You will understand that your case was very unusual and also very complicated for us to resolve.

Product, delivery, after-sales service, customer service: very good. We only regret that the appliance's burner isn't a little larger, so the flame would be longer.

The product I received (an ethanol fireplace) had a significant deformation when it arrived. There was no problem getting it replaced. The packaging was very well designed and showed no signs of impact, which proves that the product was packaged with this defect.

We therefore replaced the damaged part the very next day.
I know of few websites that will arrange a replacement within 24 hours at no cost to you.
Two stars seems very harsh given how responsive the after-sales service was.

I bought a Sevenfire fireplace in early November. Delivered in 36 hours!!! Great product and very easy to install. The only downside is that the stainless steel fittings supplied for the glass panel option aren't suitable for this model. After a little tinkering, it works, but if you're not handy, don't attempt it. Well done on the product, the answers to questions, and the service. ***

Everything was very satisfactory, from the ordering process (including explanations and advice over the phone) through to delivery. The product fully matches what was advertised and how it was presented, although I find it a little expensive. I would not hesitate to come back if I need anything.
