Customer reviews of Wikao

The item was delivered on time. It matched the order perfectly and was very well packaged to withstand transport.

Perfect

Super-fast delivery

A fireplace that makes a real impression in a living room. It also heats the room and raises the temperature by about 3 degrees in a 40 m² living room. So I’m not disappointed.

I ordered a TEKA 3-burner fireplace insert. Very fast delivery: 4 days. The insert was very easy to install, and our first fire raised the temperature by 4° in our 35 m² living room. It fully serves as a supplementary heater and has become a decorative feature in its own right. We used the ethanol recommended by the website, and we are completely satisfied with it. During the first few fires, there was a slightly stronger smell (the burners were new), but it disappeared after that. I exchanged several emails with the person in charge of the Wikao website, who was very responsive and friendly (there were a few minor issues with the carrier, but they were not Wikao’s fault). I’m happy to recommend this website!

I’m very satisfied with Wikao and my purchase (ethanol stove). I spoke with very knowledgeable people on the phone several times when I had questions, and they were very friendly. As for delivery, nothing to complain about: it arrived in less than 48 hours, great. Once again, I’m very, very satisfied. The only small downside is that it’s a shame Wikao doesn’t sell ethanol! But I recommend this website to all my friends, who I think will place an order themselves!!

Fast delivery and product as described!

Efficient Wikao staff, available and offering good advice. Quality bioethanol fireplace, available very quickly.

Excellent

PERFECT! Nothing to complain about. Product as described. Delivered on time. Recommended.

A fireplace that meets our expectations. Very attractive design. Received very quickly. I recommend it.

The delivery time was met. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived, and the product matches what I ordered.

A very attractive product that meets expectations, except that the heat causes it to warp around the slot.

Delivered within 48 hours, as expected. The carrier called me while making deliveries, and I received it 5 minutes later.

The order arrived in 3 days without any problems. The portable fireplace is exactly what I expected, incredibly easy to install, provides good heat while letting you enjoy the flames, and has no smell... Nothing to complain about.

Very good and fast service

I have nothing to complain about regarding your service. I’m even surprised by how quickly the order was processed and delivered.

Satisfied with the product

Fast delivery and good tracking

The product was delivered quickly. It is very well finished and provides good heat, as well as looking attractive.

Friendly phone conversation to answer my questions after I placed my order by email. The goods were damaged by the carrier, but they were replaced quickly and without difficulty. Excellent service.

Product as described and delivery times respected.

This is the second ethanol fireplace I’ve bought from the website, and I’m delighted with it. Quality products and ultra-fast delivery. It’s a shame you can’t order ethanol on your website.

Fast delivery and as described.

Good product, fast delivery, no problems!

Very good.

Excellent product that heats up quickly and very well!!! Very satisfied!!! Fast delivery.

Product as described, very fast delivery.

The parcel was left at a pickup point far from my home.

Quality product and fast shipping within 48 hours.

Excellent product, fast delivery, very satisfied.

Very friendly on the phone, great advice, super-fast shipping—in short, I recommend them without hesitation.

Product as described, very fast delivery, good communication. I recommend them.

I was surprised by how fast the delivery was: ordered on Sunday and received on Tuesday. Very well packaged and in perfect condition. The fireplace is very pleasant, heats well, and is easy to install. It’s ideal as a supplementary heater.

The parcel was not protected. The fireplace has marks on the paint, and the package inside the fireplace was not secured and damaged it.

The fireplace is very good, and the ethanol product is good, but you need to use 96.6% bioethanol. HOWEVER, I don’t recommend buying the logs, as they smell of the product.

Very happy with Wikao. The product I ordered is very good; we’ll see how it holds up over time.

The order was fulfilled quickly, but delivery left a lot to be desired with GLS... The parcel was left with an unknown shopkeeper, not at a pickup point...!

Very attractive product, as described. Extremely fast delivery, right on time.

Everything is perfect: the tutorial on the website, the product descriptions, the option to pay in several installments at no extra cost, and the efficient delivery. The only downside: there are no instructions for assembling the fireplace components, even though it seems straightforward at first.
