Very fast delivery, and the order was correct. There is an error in the assembly instructions: the mounting bars must be installed vertically, not either horizontally or vertically. It works very well.

The only downside was that delivery was supposed to be to my home, but the parcel was left at a pickup point.

There are no assembly instructions, but then again, it’s so obvious!!! I called a few days later to ask something and was very well received... Excellent delivery speed.

Very beautiful product. Pleasantly surprised by its heating capacity. Super-fast delivery. The telephone support for information was perfect, but I never got a reply to my questions by email..............

- The product is very well made, both aesthetically and in terms of the construction materials. - The delivery was perfect. - It is easy and pleasant to use. - The room where it is installed heats up noticeably, by 1 to 2.5°C depending on the heating time, in a 40 m² room. One thing could be improved: a cardboard or paper template would be useful to help mark the mounting holes. There is very little clearance between the metal screws used to attach the fireplace and the wall brackets.

Too little information to really get a sense of the products. Low price = cheap quality.

Hello,
We don't really understand why you would describe the Nina model as “cheap.” We have been selling it for five years now, and you are the first of our customers to make such a comment about it. Nevertheless, please note that you have the statutory 14-day cooling-off period to return the product and receive a refund of the amount you paid.

The bioethanol fireplace I ordered is beautiful and functional. However, it was delivered without any assembly instructions!! This really needs to be addressed, as figuring out how to position the brackets is a real headache.

Hello, very satisfied with the product and the delivery was incredibly fast, in less than 48 hours. One drawback: the assembly instructions are extremely basic. Including the measurement for the rail positioning axis would be a huge help. It would also be useful to specify the type of battery for the pump. Nothing major, but practical guidance during assembly would help. Best regards, ***

After the delivery driver arrived with a bang, my fireplace was badly damaged. Wikao sent me a replacement with a different delivery company, on a pallet. Everything worked out very well in just three days!

- The mounting components did not match the equipment provided at all, either for attaching it to the wall or for the fireguard: we had to "improvise"! - Delivery was not made within the announced time slot at all; it wasn't the driver's fault—he was excellent—but his office was all over the place.

Super-fast delivery: 2 days. Packed on a pallet: impeccable. In a word: Wow, that's great, it really makes you happy. I contacted the manager beforehand: super friendly and gave excellent advice. I'm now waiting for the bioethanol delivery (from another supplier) so I can try it out for the first time; but since the weather is so nice, I'm not in a hurry.
