Customer reviews of Wikao

You use the carrier SCHENKER, which no longer delivers to customers' apartment doors, but only to the building lobby. After that, you're on your own. I don't think that's acceptable.

Just one day between ordering and delivery: impressive! The technical support team responded very quickly. Very, very satisfied (and I'm not an easy person to please!!). I absolutely recommend this website.

No issues.

The staff were very attentive to my very specific request. They suggested ideas and even drew up a plan for my project... They are helpful and very friendly.

Excellent purchase, no delivery problems. Thank you.

A magnificent picture, with finishing details that match its price. The appearance of this metal scene changes depending on the light falling on it, which makes it twice as enjoyable. The packaging (triple-wall cardboard) could not be more protective; the total weight of the packaging and picture is listed as 17 kg. Two X hooks (No. 3, maximum load 20 kg) on each of the provided side mounting points seem sufficient to hang it safely on a plasterboard wall (BA13). It fits perfectly into an industrial-style decor.

Reliable website, very fast dispatch, careful packaging, and product as described!! Nothing but positives!!!

I recommend Wikao. This is the third time I've ordered ethanol fireplaces, and I've never been disappointed. A very good supplier and fast delivery.

Careful delivery and a product that meets my expectations.

The picture doesn't match the image. The sides are wider in the picture, whereas the one I received has narrower sides, and it doesn't shine like the image. Also, the image had colors, while the one I received is black and gray.

Excellent phone service. Fast delivery.

Reliable and efficient.

Quality item, received on time (even early!) and quality customer service ;)

Very fast

Excellent communication with the seller. There was an issue with the order, which was resolved very quickly. Extremely fast shipping. Site recommended.

Fast delivery. Minor flaws on the stainless steel... But overall, it's fine.

Fast service despite a slight delay. Apart from that, great—thank you for your work!

Fast shipping. Product matches the description. However, I have some reservations about its actual heating power.

The product is entirely as described, the delivery time was met, and the packaging protects it against any risk of damage.

The documentation does not match the model purchased.

The picture is a little lightweight, but it's beautiful and matches the photo. For the price, it's perfect. I gave it to a friend, who was delighted.

Good product.

Good-quality product. Fast delivery.

Very easy to use. Very fast and in perfect condition.

Magnificent picture, bright colors, and lots of compliments about it.

Fast delivery and a product that met our expectations.

The item matches the order and works perfectly. The packaging is excellent. Delivery was incredibly fast. I am completely satisfied. I recommend this site.

Excellent. Delivered within the specified timeframe. Impeccable equipment. Well done.

Nothing to report.

Product and delivery time as expected—what more could you ask for?

Nothing to complain about: fast delivery, a call to confirm the model we wanted, and delivery on time. A trustworthy site that I recommend.

Perfect.

Very good service: simple, fast, and efficient. Thank you.

Perfect, fast and efficient delivery by courier.

Very fast delivery; the delivery driver gives you time to inspect the goods. Perfect packaging. The quality and appearance met my expectations, including the drain fittings.

Express delivery—the parcel matched the order.

Hello everyone, we spent a long time researching before buying an ethanol fireplace. And in the jungle of the internet, nothing is simple or clear. Our first call to Wikao a few months ago left us with a good impression. We continued our research, especially into the price differences, which are sometimes spectacular from one site or store to another for fairly similar models. We came back to Wikao for the Oslo XL model, admittedly with some doubts... A call to the company before placing the order confirmed our first impression: professionalism and reliability. Once the order was placed, delivery was fast: two days. The packaging and protection were perfect, and when we unpacked it, we were pleasantly surprised—the model is even more attractive than in the photo. The fit and finish are very good, as is the paintwork. The burner is good quality and adjustable. After using it a few times, we can confirm that we are satisfied with both the model and the seller. We recommend Wikao and the Oslo XL model.

A fireplace that matches its description exactly. Excellent quality. Extremely fast delivery. Very careful packaging. NO UNPLEASANT SURPRISES.

Excellent telephone support, and the delivery time was met. Nothing to complain about. The product quality seems to match what we were told. Time will tell in the long run...

Good product, matches the photo on the website. Order without hesitation.
