I bought a bioethanol fireplace, which arrived 2 days after ordering. The product matches the image shown on the website. It seems to be good quality. Easy to use. I bought it primarily for the pleasure of having a fire in an apartment, but it is also effective as a supplementary heater: the temperature rises by 2°C in half an hour, even though the living room is very large! Observed consumption: 1 liter for 2.5 hours of use.

Delivery was indeed scheduled within 24 hours, except the driver didn't bother to look for the delivery address. The product was delivered to a pickup point. I was notified by message.

Very friendly telephone reception, sound advice, attentive to the customer, and delivery times were met. After a bad experience with Terranol (very long delivery time, poor telephone service, product not as ordered on delivery, and problems getting a refund for the returned product), we decided to go through Wikao to get our bioethanol fireplace, AND WE ARE NOT DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Good product, well finished, exactly what we chose, and it looks wonderful in our home!!!!!

Good responsiveness. Good service. Good overall experience. Just one small drawback: an item was left out by the sender—the lighter for lighting the ethanol fireplace I ordered. In the meantime, I used a long match... They responded immediately to my email about the omission... Whether I would recommend them depends on whether or not I need Wikao products. This is unrelated to the service.

My purchase: Kobé ethanol fireplace. A very reliable company; they answer the phone, the salesperson is very professional, and delivery took less than 48 hours. However, the Kobé fireplace feels a little gimmicky, but for the price (€129.00), it's acceptable...

Delivery time was respected. The product's quality and autonomy meet my expectations; only the dimensions differ from those of the product I ordered. A sample of bioethanol should be included in the package so that it can be tested right away. Kind regards.

Fireplace received two days after ordering by carrier. Careful and effective packaging (fireplace, burner, logs and accessories purchased separately, individually wrapped, lighter, etc.). Beautiful Quadrinox fireplace that matches the description and photos on the website exactly. However, there is a strong ethanol smell when it burns: I will try changing ethanol brands.
