Very satisfied with the product; it matches the photo. I don't regret ordering from your website, especially since delivery is free and fast. Now I just have to see how the payment goes; this is the first time I've paid in three interest-free installments online.

I am very satisfied with my order from Wikao. I spoke with a sales representative on the phone to get various details, and I must admit this is the first time someone has answered me so kindly and given advice that proved excellent. I was very pleased with the delivery of my package (ethanol fireplace): very protective packaging, etc., and it was delivered the next day. I highly recommend Wikao.

Problem with the delivery: the carrier did not follow the instructions. There is a lack of information about the products ordered, which we are otherwise very satisfied with.

Hello, fast shipping, careful packaging, and the product met our expectations (black INA fireplace). There are occasional minor issues when lighting it: the flame moves from right to left and the burner goes out, so you have to wait a few minutes before lighting it again to avoid a flash effect. Once lit, this fireplace performs very well, beyond our expectations. The design is striking and the materials are high quality. The lighter only works one time out of ten, despite being refilled. Gray pebbles are OK.

Very fast, excellent value for money. The fireplace flame is too small and it uses fuel too quickly, but overall it's very good.

The website processed the order quickly. Delivery to a pickup point was on time. The parcel was in good condition and complete. Installing the fireplace was quick and easy (about 1 hour and 4 holes to drill). It works very well and raises the temperature by between 4 and 5°C in a 25 m² room.
