Lack of information about shipping date, lack of tracking control, and lack of information in general. Delivery times were not met. Package delayed. Shipping prices excessively high. I will not repeat.

Hello, Vicente:
We thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your frustration regarding the lack of information about your order and we really want to improve your experience. Have our emails with the tracking link ended up in your spam folder? It is true that the package took one day longer than announced from the moment the carrier picked it up at our facilities; we are working to resolve this issue.
