Order received quickly but my order is missing an item, I sent 2 emails and never got a reply.

A couple of the colors were already pasty, and the yellow one I had to throw away

Not so easy to apply and the polygel doesn't hold very well as soon as you put the cap on, it spills everywhere.

The glazes last only a few days

Hold ,2 weeks. 🚗Hard to remove as a semi permanent varnish 😠

I purchased the Ruby kit: the lamp is good, but -nail files are way too rough on the nail plate - colors and base coat are very patchy, I had a very hard time appling them, a true hot mess. They are very sheer, and do absolutely not level out by themselves -the top coat is a little bit runny but at least it does level out by itself, it's durable and shiny.

The box arrived all damaged, the varnishes were worn and loose

The order arrived fairly quickly, but when I picked up the box it was beaten... luckily everything was in good condition, very organized and well packaged... it is a detail the bags in which the products come. I have used it twice the first time the result was more or less fine and lasted me 1 week... the second time the product did not dry even though I put the lamp more seconds... in half an hour I had all the nail polish damaged and it ended up falling off... at the moment I am not so satisfied with the purchase but keep trying to apply better techniques and products to get the effect I want which are perfect nails for a little more than a week.

I made a return of product and I have no news, I am waiting for the acknowledgment of receipt ... more unlike other brands (reachable by phone) the return costs are refunded.

The varnish spreads badly, it would need another finer brush. The colors are beautiful

The top coat brush was ruined, otherwise I really like your products, I had to replace it with another brush, otherwise everything okay.

I sent ab email saying that 2 gels had leaked out of the packaging but hadn't had a reply

I bought a set because there was a color I was interested in: pearl but from the website it looked like a pearl white not a gray...and I didn't realize they were "small sizes"

Package arrived quickly but the color of the varnish is supposed to be mauve but it is beige inside, I am very disappointed

Varnish that comes off very badly even though I followed the instructions well. My nails are damaged and they all come off. Too bad because the only polish I loved was from you.

It took a long time to arrive and they did not send me notice that it had arrived.

Correct order. Except that the wooden cuticle pusher is missing and that even after having told the after sales service nothing happens.

Quite disappointed. Two of my polishes bought on sale had the brush broken, and another the color does not hold at all on the nail. On the other hand, the manicure kit (lamp, file, cleaner etc.) are incredible... nothing to complain about
