Good evening disappointed with my order the parcel arrived on my island, with delivery charges to pay when you had said that delivery was free...Disappointed Thank you cordially...

The donkey's milk soap strips and dries the skin, so be careful how you use it, the oil-free cream is comfortable, but the precious cream has a bad smell, so it's very unpleasant to apply to the face. I just regret buying this cream.

I ordered 2 batches of 2 soaps with 1 brush offered and I only received one brush when I should have received 2 and I had to offer the 2nd batch so moderately satisfied.

The soap is fine, but the brush is FUIIIIIR! The bristles on the brush fall off one after the other, really poor quality.

My previous order was missing 2 products and I was never reimbursed.

I've been using pin up secret facials for almost 2 years and I'm really happy with the results, my face has fewer blemishes, I have a few pimples that come in sometimes but they go away quickly but otherwise I have practically no more blemishes that spoil my face. My face is clean and luminous since I've been using them and I don't even need to apply foundation when I go out...I'm really very satisfied and I think I'd use them for life. On the other hand, the price is a bit high despite the influencer promo codes.

I ordered three copies of the oil-free cream and received 3 copies of the goat's milk soap. Although the latter is a very good product, it is not at all what I ordered. My email to warn of this error remains unanswered ..... I have finished my oil-free cream and cannot continue with the new one ..... I am extremely disappointed...

I asked for home delivery, and I had to pick up my parcel at a Chronopost relay 12 kms from where I live.

Disappointed with my parcel I did not receive my precious cream but another product which I sent back.Still waiting to receive my precious cream.

I've been ordering from your site for a few years now, but my parcel cost 46€ and I had to pay 25€ in customs fees. This is independent of your company, I understand, but even though I love your products and find them very effective, if I can't find them in a pharmacy on Reunion Island, I'll have to find another product.

I requested home delivery and received it at a post office far from my home. I had to go by car, queue etc... Even though I asked for home delivery. It's a shame, it spoils the experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the packaging

I'm very happy with the soap and the oil-free cream, but the brush has lost its bristles since the first use and every time. I must admit I'm disappointed by this article, because for the price I was expecting a better quality product.

Received defective product (pierced lid). Customer service contacted but the promotional code was never sent by customer service.

The gift was missing, and the only compensation is a discount on a future purchase.

I wrote to them to express my disappointment with the composition of the oil-free cream, but they never bothered to reply... composition of products really to be avoided!

Parcel still not received despite an order placed in mid-July. I had to contact customer service to be told that they were opening a dispute with the delivery service and that I would have a return within a further 15 days. This isn't my first order, so far I've been very happy with their service, but I'm a bit disappointed with this latest experience.

Still a satisfactory product, but much over-packaged compared to before, each soap already wrapped in plastic film is now individually placed in a small thick glossy cardboard box. Useless, it's a waste.

I've been ordering my goat's milk soap from Pin UP secret for years and it's always a real pleasure. It smells good and it lathers a lot, but on my latest order the soap doesn't smell good, it's greasy and doesn't lather... I'm disappointed. The recipe has been changed.

The brush loses all its bristles

The product looks really nice, but I think it's overpriced on the networks and the influencers say a lot of good things about it, even though it's just a soap enriched with tea extract and goat's milk - nothing extraordinary!

Really overpriced products!

Satisfied with the product as always, but the packaging is not very practical, the cap doesn't stay on at all times, it slips off and you can't see if there's any cream left in the jar.

Hello, the company made a product error during the preparation of my order and I find that customer service is not responsive. I still haven't received the right product.

Hello, the day cream doesn't moisturize me much and stays sticky on my face. For the rest, the soap is perfect.

The packaging of the product was all damaged, smashed on the ribs... not a great presentation!

I've only received eight soaps out of nine orders, and I've notified the company without anyone contacting me to ask what happened.
