I ordered 3 identical undersheets. I received 2 of them in their packaging, perfect. The 3rd one I received without packaging is different: color and texture. Given the cost of returning it, I kept it. However, as this underpad was not clean, I had to wash it at the same time as one of the two I received and used. The one received in its packaging did not move, the other one moved : the 2 central parts superimposed moved in a different way.

A phone call at the beginning of the day would be more judicious than just in front of the house; especially since a single parcel, often very heavy, cannot always be received by a neighbor.
