I haven't used the products yet, but I received them in a broken cardboard box, unprotected and in unsuitable packaging. The LED lamp box was completely crushed and it's a Christmas present, so I have to give the lamp without the box.

Hello, the bottle of nail polish remover arrived empty. In addition, I had ordered a yellow varnish which was invoiced to me but was not in the parcel.

Hi, the kit I ordered was not very good: the files were both unglued and not usable, while the final top cot was sticky and ruined all my nails ( I had also ordered another polish separately and it stayed sticky as well). Small tip: you should include the missing products (polygel solution and cleanser) in the kit.

It destroyed my nails. They are all breaking and hurting. I want my money back.

Total disappointment. The paints simply don't dry and once they have dried, they chip off after a day.

The kit is complete and very practical. But the varnish doesn't hold at all. I put it on and the next day it's gone, even though I always catalyze for at least 120 seconds. I was hoping to save money on my nails 😭

Hello, I have a problem with the varnishes I received. The varnishes are very sticky and very thick and are not easy to use, which does not allow you to apply thin coats because it creates clumps.

Deplorable customer service. I received a box of nail polish with damaged packaging even though it was a gift, I asked if they could send me a box of packaging only to be told no, it's not possible and I was only offered a 15% discount code on a future purchase. A shame, given the bad experience of my first order, I'm not about to do it again!

I've only had it done twice, I've followed all the steps and I'm left with big air bubbles, so far my opinion is not positive.

Semi-permanent does not hold, after several attempts it stays on for a maximum of 2 days before coming off.
