Very disappointed my varnish lasted 1 day I work in hotel all day with gloves yet base and top coat of poor quality I think the most important what if not the colors of the nail polish are very nice

I regret my purchase, the machine has 2 possible power and there is only power 1 that works. I have tried to contact you without success. I thank you for taking my message into account.

Varnish that does not last more than 2 days. The machine to catalyze has a problem with the electric nozzle, it does not work properly. 1 time out of 2.

The colors of the varnishes do not match the pictures

It does not hold. My nails are more fragile and the semi-permanent nail polish looks like a normal nail polish. Fortunately I'm back in Italy and I can buy the products here.

The device ordered ruby is indicated 48 watts on the site or the device received is only 26 watts, the varnish does not dry properly and it remains dull. Very disappointed. Moreover there is no phone number on the site to contact you.

I ordered products that were not at all the same color as on the site. The other products are of poor quality. To send back from France, you have to pay 10€ of shipping costs (at the buyer's expense), and the after sales service is non-existent, no answer, no follow-up. The 14 days deadline to send back the products is exceeded and I still have no news from the after sales service, I will never be able to be refunded

The base is very liquid, which makes it difficult to work with. And nude gel polish is just awful. You need about 4-5 coats to make it a solid color.

I bought for a hundred euros of products (gel kit + semi-permanent nail polish) the gel is really very average and the capsules difficult to find one that matches your nails. Second chance failed with the semi-permanent after 2 days it comes off. Ladies go your way and do as inform your group of REAL nail technician. I found my happiness elsewhere and my wallet is just as well.

Disappointed with the products. As for the uv lamp there is no built-in timer and there is a manufacturing defect sometimes it lights up sometimes not.

I ordered a sander, impossible to change the bits! 10 people came to my help. Nothing to do, we did not want to force, not to damage the device. I ordered a semi permanent varnish color coral but I received a peel off. You told me that it was in accordance with my order but on the description it was not noted peel off and the shape of the bottle is not the same. So I am not satisfied.

I ordered a kit from Meanails in order to make my semi permanent home. I didn't like the result at all, the varnish flakes off after a few days and the machine intermittently breaks down. The customer service is not at all attentive, because I had expressed the desire to return the items but they copied and pasted a text (also present on the site) to tell me that any opened product could not be returned, knowing that I had used the kit for a first manicure, I could not return it. I don't recommend this brand at all, I prefer to go for products that are a bit more expensive but more qualitative and that respect the promises of a semi-permanent that doesn't flake after a few days.

Very nice colors. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction, a big attack of hives on my hands that lasted 1 week. And I have an eyelid that swelled for 2 days. All this because of the composition with the substance HEMA after research known to create allergic reactions and which according to European standards must be deleted from the compositions.

Very disappointed. I order a light yellow varnish and I receive a dark yellow varnish that is not at all the same color nor the same bottle as on the ad. And when I contact the customer service, they tell me that the resolution of my phone must change the color.

Some colorful semipermanent nail polishes do not have good application and adequate coverage (lines remain), despite the fact that I used only méanail Paris products (primer, base, topcoat) and respected the setting times. Poor quality, despite the fairly high price.

3rd order from meanail. 2nd time the product arrived having leaked. The packaging and product were intact and not broken but the bottle of cuticle oil was broken and spilled all over the package. However I continue to recommend this site with great products and just 2 bad lucks concerning the orders. The site is serious, the service is present and efficient

Poor quality product

Very disappointed. I'm used to doing semi-permanent. I saw an ad and wanted to test. First application for December 24, the varnish chipped at the end of the nails with the first dishes of the evening. I tried a second application for the 31st, it's now the 2nd of january, my nail is starting to go...I won't recommend it. Too bad because the colors of the varnishes are really beautiful.
