Products whose description did not correspond to what was advertised. These were Peel off nail polishes that were supposed to be removed without acetone, simply by soaking the nails in hot water for a few minutes. Nothing came off. I had to grate my nails... Very disappointed.

But they wouldn't listen. I asked for a coupon so that I could return the package and recommend what I wanted.
