I was looking for a semi-permanent nail polish kit and decided to order from you after reading the positive reviews. Unfortunately I am very disappointed ... the varnish dries very quickly, the colors have no consistency, they separate as if there were two textures, the color dissolves from the liquid ... no positive result ... Yet I follow the instructions to the letter! A friend of mine also ordered from you and has the same problem as me. I am really sad because the package was a Christmas gift that my family saved up to give me.

Dear Laura,We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with our products, but for a semi-permanent nail polish to last, you need to apply the Primer well and let it dry in the open air. For the Base Coat, take care not to touch the cuticles and tuck it in well. For the application of the color and the Top Coat, follow the same instructions. Not touching the cuticles allows the product to set well on the hair without letting the air or water seep through. Otherwise, the semi-permanent lifts with extreme ease. In addition, tucking in the nail polish is very important because it allows the nail polish to fuse together without drying out after a few days, and we'll be happy to help you if you need us.

Catastrophic! The lamp does not heat at all, the nail polish is of bad quality. The nail polish does not dry. According to the website and the customer service, the nail polish should dry after 120 sec, I need much more for it to be almost dry. The customer service was very nice, but implied that everything that happened to me was my fault, that I did not know how to use them. Impossible to get a refund.
