The only problem is that the bag isn't totally identical to the one in the photo on the website. In fact, on the photo the back straps were white, as were the brand's logo trees, whereas they're black on the one I received. So I'm a bit disappointed on this point.

Hello, We don't really understand the deplorable delivery as you indicate from Chronopost. Here is your tracking: http://www.chronopost.fr/tracking-no-cms/suivi-page?listeNumerosLT=XY542786119FR&langue=fr The order left on Friday, the day you ordered, but they were unable to deliver on Saturday due to bad weather in France. The parcel was relayed on Tuesday because on Monday they were unable to deliver the relay which was closed. Your note is very severe, it's not as if the parcel took 3 weeks, or that you had to pay 9.90 for delivery from home. Neither Chronopost nor we are responsible for the delay, but it's hard to break our notification system for a 48-hour delivery time.
